I highly recommend Healing Hands. I've had a number of massages by female therapists, and to be honest I was a bit reluctant to use a male therapist.
Edward came highly recommended so I decided to try Healing Hands. Edward put me at ease right away and was very professional and discreet throughout the session. It was by far the best massage I have ever had. He used the perfect combination of techniques to melt away my stress and work out the knots in my neck and lower back – flowing, relaxing and perfectly placed pressure, light stretching in just the right spots, moist heat and a calming environment.
I’ve had massages at some of the best spas in the area and I think Edward is a much better option. He is more affordable and better than the spa therapists I have gone to. I won’t go to anyone else now. I just went over the weekend and would love to go back again today!

I had my first true Lomi Lomi massage with Healing Hands this weekend and it was exquisite. The massage feels as if the water of a river is running all over your body as hands lengthen muscles in a rhythmic flow. It is like a guided meditation but with touch instead of words. I have practiced body scan meditations as a way to reduce stress or curb insomnia. The Lomi Lomi massage I experienced helped me focus in on each area of my body as attention was paid to it. There wasn't anticipation of what would come next because my mind was truly focusing on what was happening in the moment. Afterwards my whole body felt completely relaxed, balanced and aligned. And my mind felt more open. I am still feeling the positive effects even after a Monday at my day job. I highly recommend trying a Lomi Lomi massage. Ask questions though and learn a little about what to expect. It doubt it will be like any other massage you've experienced. And I am quite certain you will be back to Healing Hands for another. What a wonderful and unique experience. I was visiting from California and desperate for a relaxing massage after quite a bit of travel. We were so fortunate to find Edward and his unique style of massage. He brought in one of his colleagues who was also highly skilled and we had the best and most relaxing bodywork ever. We are from the bay area and therefore, familiar with the most massage techniques. However, Hawaiian lomi lomi is now something that I will search for on our side of the country. It felt like coasting on a very soothing wave while experiencing a skilled massage. He has recently begun this studio and I know that he will encounter much success. I would go to him before he gets overbooked at his own personal customized studio. We are looking forward to another visit and will book Edward as soon as we lock down the trip. The location is great, It's a beautiful little studio with a very calm and relaxing atmosphere.
I felt well taken care of from beginning to end, Edward checked in with me about any problem areas and places on my body that would like special attention before we got started.
The massage itself was wonderful, I felt that every part of my body got special attention. I came in with a lot of tension that had completely dissipated by the end. Edward is clearly very masterful at reading the human body. The heated towels at the end were icing on the cake.
I am looking forward to my next massage at healing hands and definitely recommend it to my friends.
