My goal with these workshops is to help people, primarily couples, truly connect, or re-connect, find new ways to draw closer together through the use of touch and communication. For couples who have attended any of the Couple's Massage Workshop I offer customized workshops and private sessions to help you build a closer relationship.
Intimate Touch Workshops have 2 goals:
1. to help couples connect or reconnect through verbal, non verbal and touch exploration exercises. These exercises are designed to create new connections, and give each partner the opportunity to discover new things about their significant other as well as come back to the things that had them falling in love initially.
2. Introduction into communication through touch - for couples who want to learn more sensual, intimate or erotic touch than they might be comfortable learning in a traditional workshop. Each session is unique and designed specifically for each couple.
Some couples prefer to participate in a private Therapeutic Massage Workshop or schedule a massage with me before participating in an Intimate Touch Workshop. For some this helps us get to know each other better as well as gives you both a good foundation in the massage techniques that we will build on. However it is not necessary. Many couples opt for the Intimate Touch Workshop straight away and many of both schedule a followup workshop or massage treatment.
So what exactly is an Intimate Touch Workshop?
The answer actually depend mostly on you and what you want it to be, as each session is completely designed around you and your partner.
Intimate Touch Workshops are designed to create a greater level of intimacy through the connection of touch, reinforced with verbal and nonverbal communication exercises. They are designed to help you experience new ways to connect, to give and to receive pleasure through touch. This fosters deeper levels of intimacy, connection and emotional awareness. Through the vehicle of Massage, there is a giver and a receiver to each are able to fully and selfishly enjoy these different roles. They are also designed to allow you to both elicit and experience different levels of awareness of your own bodies and desire.
Starting with some basic verbal and non-verbal communication exercises, I can help you both understand how to communicate different types of emotions, feelings, needs and desires through your touch. We break through blocks that are impacting your ability to achieve greater intimacy. This work can be done on a very comfortable floor mat and begins with both partners fully clothed. Following the floor exercises we do a deep dive into touch. Learn more about how your partner likes to be touched in different situations and emotional states. Learn more about how your partner interprets different kinds of touch and what their responses to your touch actually mean. Learn more about what your partner is trying to communicate to you through their touch and their responses to your touch. Learn how to melt completely into your partner with special holds, embraces and partner breathing exercises.
If you so choose, the workshop time can be focused specifically on making your massage sessions more powerful. You will learn how to help your partner reach a state of complete relaxation, bliss and surrender; where they can experience a heightened sense of pleasure. You will learn how to work with both the conscious and unconscious breath to create different states of arousal and awareness for both you and your partner. Every part of the human body can be an erogenous zone. You will learn how to touch and massage your partner in the ways that they most want to be touched.
And anything in between - it is up to you and your comfort level.
We establish mutual objectives and boundaries so that everyone knows exactly what is expected and not expected. I create a space where you feel safe secure and comforted.

Who should take this workshop?
I get asked this question a lot. Who should take this workshop? In the beginning it was that couples who have lost their bond, and have drifted apart in some ways found their way here. Often longer term marriages, older couples. But then I started to see younger couples, some of who are just too busy raising a family, working, to make time for each other. And believe it or not, new couples! Yes, Couples in newly formed relationships that want to do things better, spice things up. So maybe you have fallen out of romantic love, maybe things are stale, maybe you are both just busy, or maybe things are GREAT but you would like to add a bit of spice or learn better ways to connect with your partner. If you see yourself in here somewhere then this workshop is for you.

I think the blindfold was an excellent idea as you had to be most dependent on your sense of touch. Your total focus becomes your partners body. It was wonderful!! Another very good exercise was just staring into you loved ones eyes and really connecting with them before your massage begins. It was a relearning of where to put your focus. I was researching fun date night activities on Google and this popped up. I am thankful I found this.
