Tuition Deadlines:
A deposit is due at registration to hold your place. In the case One day workshops or less, full payment is required.
Full balance is due by the Early Registration date.
For those Registering after this date, full balance is due upon acceptance of Application.
Payment can be made by PayPal, wire, check, etc.

Cancellation Policy:
One Day Workshops
• Some workshops & events state no refunds, in which case if stated, there will be no refunds.
• Otherwise for cancellations 4 weeks before the start date full refund less $100 cancellation fee.
• For cancellations 4 weeks or less before the start date, no refunds will be issued due to contractual obligations with the location.
• No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the program has begun nor will any credits or refunds be given for missed sessions.
Multi Day Classes & Workshops
• 6 or more weeks before the start date: Full refund less $200
• For cancellations 6 weeks or less before the start date, no refunds will be issued due to contractual obligations with the location.
• No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the program has begun nor will any credits or refunds be given for missed sessions..
If you are enrolled in a monthly payment option, understand that you are agreeing to make the scheduled monthly payments until completion.
Retreats
T/B/D prior to announcing our first retreat
Should any Workshop, retreat or event not take place because of insufficient participation, or if the Workshop date has to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will immediately inform the participants and refund all deposits.
All other claims are excluded.
Please note: Healing Hands Bodywork cannot be responsible for refunding outside Travel Costs.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes in life circumstance, including issues of health and family emergency. Click here for more information on travel insurance.
Application / Registration / Approval Process: All course and workshop registrations will will subject to review and approval by our workshop coordinator - who can also answer any questions you may have.
Our Application process ensures that participants are a good fit for our Retreats and workshops. Following approval you will receive a confirmation via email.

Scholarships: I have a goal to award 1 or 2 Scholarships, full or partial for each class to an applicant in need and who contributes to community using manual healing arts.
Scholarship application deadline is 6 weeks prior to each offering
Winner will be chosen 4 weeks prior to each offering
Runners up will be offered smaller scholarship.
The number of runners up scholarships I award depends on the number of applications I receive, and the number of open spots in the program.
To apply for the scholarship, please send an email which includes:
1. your name, address and phone number
2. which program are you applying for ?
3. a thoughtful one paragraph introduction of yourself
4. a brief explanation of your financial need
5. an explanation of why you wish to participate in my program, in 150 words or less
6. a description of contributions you have made to community, and/or how might you "pay forward" the scholarship support after attending.
7. optional supplemental material of your own choosing
8.. your website address, if you have a website
