Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or appointment change requests should be made as soon as practical.
We would appreciate at least 72 hrs. notice for any change to or cancellation of your appointment. Cancellations made within 72 hours will be billed at 50% of the service fee. "No show" Appointments, cancellations made within 48 hours, "Day Of" cancellations will be charged in full. All consumer workshops and Gift Certificates, once purchased are final, and no refunds can be given if purchaser or recipient fails to schedule or changes their mind.
