Ancient Lomi Lomi Journey
This healing work, from Hawai'i is the embodiment of self care and the love of Aloha. Ancient Lomi Lomi is a flowing, magical treatment which facilitates a lifting and release of emotional and conceptual reality layers, allowing a deeper inner awareness to arise. Limiting beliefs, thoughts and emotions - manifested in patterns of physical holding - are shaken loose by the deeper movement of wholeness emerging. These impactful energies are released in to the sphere of acceptance allowing one to feel and begin to respond to life from a place of more freedom and balance. We are reconnected to our own essence and thereby awakened to the positive energy of all that surrounds us. Every Lomi jouney is different; how it unfolds is unique to each person, and different each time it is experienced. Sessions are 2.5 to 3 hours in length and include time to discuss your goals and objectives prior, ritual pi kai, pule, and time to "talk story" or process and discuss your experience after.
Investment: $435
Recipients should not eat for at least 2 hours prior to the session and not plan anything strenuous for several hours after.
and refrain from alcohol and recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before and 1 day after.
Please remove contact lenses before coming and plan open ended time afterwards to allow for integration.

Esalen® Massage is a unique form of Bodywork developed over the last 40 years at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. A truly wonderful somatic experience that touches the mind as well as the body. Through oil application with light to medium pressure and slow full long rhythmic strokes, the practitioner evokes awareness, a sensory “coming home.” The practitioner follows rather than leads to untangle stressed muscles, creating an experience of deep relaxation supporting the natural ability of body and mind to self-heal. Assisted movement or stretches can be applied to free up old holding patterns, and frequent pauses give time for assimilation, energetic re-balance, and a sense of well-being. The Classic Esalen® inspired experience of 75 minutes is offered as standard with a possibility to expend the beautiful treatment.

Certified under Elaine Stillerman's well respected Mothermassage® program, I use careful techniques specifically considering safety, comfort, ease of breathing and stress relief for pregnant women up through delivery and including postpartum massage treatments. Learn more here
Use of customized patented safety cushions allows for traditional lying on the belly and on the back or with the mother lying on her side or in modified traditional positions. These treatments typically focus on neck, shoulders, lower back, abdomen and feet as the mother to be adjusts to the new distribution of body weight and enormous rapid other changes in in her body.
I apply the appropriate modality: soothing, calming, nurturing Swedish massage in an environment of safety, respect, and support that addresses the physical and emotional needs of you, the client.

MLD Offerings
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a specialized form of soft tissue mobilization that gently assists the lymphatic system in maintaining the body’s fluid balance, blood circulation, and immune mechanisms. The system’s network of vessels and nodes contains lymph, a mixture of water, proteins, waste products, and other remnants of cell metabolism. Lymph nodes, which filter out the debris, are found throughout the body, with especially large groups of them in the neck, axilla and groin. These major collections of lymph nodes ensure that the lymph passes through as many nodes as possible before it returns to the circulatory system.
During a lymphatic drainage session, a certified, specially-trained therapist uses a series of motions over the client’s body. The light rhythmic movements, applied without oil, stimulate the lymphatic system without compressing the vessels – allowing lymph to move through the tissues and lymph nodes.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations or appointment change requests should be made as soon as practical.
We would appreciate at least 72 hrs. notice for any change to or cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellations made within 72 hours will be billed 50% of the service fee.
"No show" Appointments, cancellations inside of 48 hrs or "Day Of" cancellations will be charged in full.
